As part of our RS PRO series, theyve been stringently tested to meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. The hinges are crafted from 5 mm thick die-cast zinc. This is a lightweight material thats stronger and harder than similar alloys at room temperature. Offering good corrosion resistance, die-cast zinc can also withstand high operating temperatures. These hinges are powder-coated for a premium-quality, long-lasting finish. Thanks to their attractive finish, they can even be used as a design feature. They come in a size of 40 mm x 40 mm and have pre-drilled holes for easy mounting. To ensure protection from damage due to electrostatic discharge, the hinges conform to the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards.
