A reed proximity switch, its intended for use as a security device to detect the opening of doors and windows. Manufactured with a tough construction, this a hard-wearing product that’s well-suited for use in heavy-duty workspaces. With an IP67 rating, it’s fully protected against solid particles like dust and sand and has been tested to work for at least half an hour in up to 1 metre of water. In addition, this switch can function at temperatures from -20 to +85°C. A tamper loop is built-in so any interference will trigger an alert to stop intruders in their tracks. For your confidence, this product has been rigorously tested for safety and durability.
