Festo Double-action Pneumatic Rotary Actuator, 25 mm - DRRD Series - DRRD-25-180-FH-PA If you need to automate material handling and assembly operations in your factory, turn to this twin-piston semi-rotary drive from Festo. It uses a rack and pinion mechanism to achieve high torque, load-bearing capacity and rotational speeds, even with its compact dimensions. The unit offers high accuracy at end positions, which improves productivity and decreases loss rates. It features good axial runout at the flanged shafts, making it suitable for surface position detection applications. Flexible cushioning on each side and a high-mass moment of inertia keep vibrations down, so theres less damage from wear. This actuator is splash-proof and has an IP (ingress protection) 65 rating, meaning its dust-tight and can withstand low-pressure water jets from any direction.• Double-acting actuator for high-torque and high-pressure applications • Elastic cushioning to reduce impact forces when the piston reaches the cylinder end at lower operating speeds • Compact size of 25 mm for use in confined spaces • M5 port connection for compatibility with standard M5 threaded components • Operating pressure range of 3 bar to 8 bar for use in a variety of applications
