RS PRO, Male Field RJ45 ConnectorNeed a field RJ45 connector for rugged applications? This RS PRO connector comes with durable plastic shielding for protection in harsh environments. With screw-type termination, the connector eliminates the need for special tools and makes securing cable connections quick and easy in the field. The RS PRO RJ45 connector is ideal for cable-mount applications and can handle a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. The connector comes with an IP67 rating, which means it can withstand dusty, dirty and sandy conditions as well as immersion in water up to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes, making it suitable for marine applications. The copper-alloy contacts are gold plated to ensure excellent resistance to corrosion and rust. Part of the RS PRO series, this product is stringently tested for quality.
