RS PRO Silicone Heater Mat, 1.665 kW, 500 x 500 mm, 240 V acThis silicone heater mat from the RS PRO range is a device that provides fast, precise and even heating for a wide range of surface heating applications. Designed for areas where space is limited, silicone heater mats are comprised of foil tracks or wires insulated between two sheets of silicone. The etched foil elements in this model have been fortified with glass cloth, which increases the mechanical strength of the product without sacrificing too much flexibility. You can connect the mat to heat control devices like thermocouples and limit switches, as they’re very responsive to temperature fluctuations and can be used for regulation applications. The foil tracks ensure the heat supply is rapid, efficient and evenly distributed. This silicone heater mat is self-adhesive, so you can install it securely without any equipment.
