Electrolube Conformal CoatingThe Allen Bradley Guardmaster 0110N safety edge protection profile has a 1.5m protection area with an LHT wire lead terminal. The Safedge pressure-sensitive system is supplied in 2 popular profiles, with cushion factor over travel distances of 5mm and 19mm. The cushion factor acts as the amount of distance the profile can be depressed after a signal has been generated. It is mounted on an aluminium C rail and is supplied in 1, 1.5, and 2m lengths. These lengths can be cut and joined in a series or parallel to support a wide range of industrial applications. The Safedge profile uses a combination of non-conductive rubber and flexible wire cored conductive rubber bonded together, enabling it to return to its original shape even after repeated compressions. It has no rigid internal parts to damage the rubber profile or cause fatigue failures after prolonged use. The multi-stranded copper wire core throughout the length of the strap ensures that there are no problems of resistance build upon long lengths. Note: These Safedge profiles are supplied part assembled. The series terminating resistor and the associated end-closing cap is not attached to the profile but then are supplied separately in a bag. This allows cutting the profile to an appropriate length before completing the assembly by inserting the resistor and glueing the end cap in place.
